While Savvy Turtle was recovering at Walter Reed Army Medical Center from 2005 through 2007, Savvy wrote & composed his first album. It took Savvy until 2017 to rehab his body. Savvy’s main inspiration was a visit from Def Leppard and his YouTube Creator friend Casey Cooper between the both of them they helped Savvy to pick up his sticks again and work through the nerve damage and muscle atrophy.
