Shell Shocked Warranty
The Shell Shocked Warranty is Savvy Turtle’s lifetime warranty for genuine Savvy Turtle creations.
When a Savvy Turtle product listing says Shell Shocked Warranty Included, it means Savvy Turtle stands behind that genuine product for life, as long as the product and owner are officially recorded in the Savvy Turtle system.
Warranty service is relationship-based. If a Savvy Turtle product is sold, gifted, traded, or transferred, the ownership record must be updated with Savvy Turtle before warranty coverage applies to the new owner.
For approved warranty service, the owner is responsible for shipping the product to Savvy Turtle. Once service is complete, Savvy Turtle covers return shipping.
Counterfeit, knockoff, altered, unverifiable, stolen, unregistered, or scam-sold products are not eligible for warranty service.
Savvy Turtle does not offer this warranty as a profit strategy, sales gimmick, or marketing trick. We offer it because we stand behind our name, our work, and everything we build.
