Welcome to Savvy Turtle! In this Shipping & Returns Policy (the “Policy”), “Savvy Turtle”, “we”, or “our” refers to SAVVY TURTLE INC. d/b/a Savvy Turtle, and our affiliated Divisions of SAVVY TURTLE INC. These Terms govern your use of the websites and mobile applications on which they appear, including https://www.savvyturtle.com/, https://www.publishing.onl/, and the Savvy Turtle mobile application (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms also govern any account you may have on the Site. of this Policy.

Shipping

A signature will be required upon delivery. Pre-order i.e. (Back-order), Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.

Returns

Returns may be made by mail or in store. You may return items by selecting”Return this Item” from your Savvy Turtle My Account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your Savvy Turtle My Account.

For Collect-In-Store order, we offer a 30 day return/exchange window in-store. The return window starts on the day when your item was made available for collection.

Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact. Please note, Pre-order i.e. (Back-order), Made to Order and personalized items are not returnable.

Premium Express (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)	Free	4-5 business days.
Next Business Day:	$25	Order by 4pm CST on a business day. Delivery between 9am – 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Collect In-Store	Free	1-2 business days. Store Collection Period: 14 days.
